Glacier Discovery Tours

Access via the AK Railroad’s Glacier Discovery Train to the Spencer Glacier Whistle Stop.  Chugach Adventures’ was the first outfitter guide service to launch tours to Spencer Lake and got the AK railroad to stop the Glacier Discovery Train in 2001.  We have pioneered & mastered Spencer tours for over 15 years, all while witnessing firsthand Spencer glacier recede year after year.
