Lunch Salmon Bake:
Meet at the Portage Train Station at 10:30 AM.
Evening Salmon Bake Dinner:
5:30 PM Meet at the Portage Train Station.
MENU:
Enjoy an authentic Alaskan meal under the midnight sun alongside the river. Alaska Sockeye Salmon caught from the Kenai, Copper, and Bristol Bay (depending on the time of year) will be grilled by your chef. Side dishes include pasta salad with pesto & roasted peppers; Caesar salad, garlic bread, dessert, and hot drinks. You won’t have a finer dinner experience in Alaska.
Vegetarian, gluten-free, and children’s options are available: Please let us know ahead of time if you have any dietary requests or needs.
Beverages / Alcohol: We do not provide alcohol on this trip, but if you’d like to bring an alcoholic beverage of your choice, we will bring it to the beach for your meal. Water and juice are provided, hot drinks on cold days.
What to Bring for Rafting:
- Thick socks (to wear with our rubber boots)
- Warm clothes (wear synthetic layers and bring a raincoat)
- Warm hat
- Gloves
- Binoculars
- Camera
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 10 days or more in advance are 90% refundable.
Cancellations within 10 days are nonrefundable.
Trip Minimum:
Please note that this tour has an 10-person minimum. You have the option of purchasing empty seats to make the tour happen for fewer than eight people.
Large Groups / Big Beachside Parties:
